Products

Dress colors shown on your screen reflect the color of the fabric as closely as possible. However, please note that differences in the color display of your mobile phone or laptop screen / monitor may result in slight variations between product photos and the dress fabric color.

- Please get your body measurements done, ideally by a tailor and otherwise a friend or family member. We recommend not doing this by yourself. You find our measurement instructions here.


- Refer to our size chart to check if your body measurements closely align with one of our standard sizes. If so, we recommend you choose one of our standard sizes. If not, you should select our ‘custom size’ product variant when checking out the product and provide us with your measurements (CM or Inch) upon checking out.

- Almost all of our dresses are made-to-order and therefore can be customized based on your body measurements.

Most our dresses and gowns area available as made-to-order, and that means they can be customized according to your specific body measures. We also offer our dresses in a standard sizes for those of you who have a standard dress size. Do note that even if you order a standard size your dress is produced after you place your order. This means you get a unique dress made especially for you. Read more about made-to-order dresses in our blog.

We partner with a selection of established dress tailoring salons in Asia. They have a proven track record and are vetted by us.

This approach allows us to offer our dresses for an affordable price. We cut out the middleman in the traditional wedding dress supply chain, thereby ensuring you get your quality dress for a fair price.

Production time typically takes 2 to 6 weeks. Because our dresses are produced after we receive your order, both for made-to-order and for standard sizes, it will take us some time to produce your unique dress.


In most cases, your order is ready for shipping within 14 working days. However, take this as an indication because the exact time required to produce your dress depends on the dress, the customizations required, the season, # of orders we have received.

We do not offer alteration services. If you wish to make alterations after receiving your dress, we advise that you work with a local tailor or seamstress of your choice. Please make sure it is someone with a background in bridal wear and/or special occasion dresses.

No, you can check out and place an order without creating an account.

However, we recommend signing up for an account as it is easier to find your order details and for us to contact you in case of order updates and/or changes.

Some discounts are automatically applied once your order falls within the criteria of the promotion and/or campaign. For example, free shipping upon reaching a minimum order value.

Voucher or discount codes can be entered upon check out in your shopping card. If the code is valid, the discount amount will be subtracted from your total order value
