The total time until you receive your order is the total of the production time and the shipping time. To ensure you receive your dress in time for your special ocassion please make sure you place your order well in advance.
After you place an order we can give you the estimated time required as then we know your requirements, destination and your shipping method chosen.
If you are in doubt before you check out, please feel free to contact us and let us know which dress you would like to buy, your location and shipping method preferred, and we can give you an estimate.
After ordering: In case of any significant delays, we'll get in touch with you on the email address provided by you during check out.
Production time typically takes 2 to 6 weeks. As all our dresses are made to order (you want them to fit well right?) it will take us some time to produce your unique dress.

We are shipping worldwide, or better, to almost every country in the world. Most of our buyers are based in the US and Canada, but we also cover many countries in the following continents; Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania.
In case your country is not available upon check out, please contact us and we'll check if we can still ship to your destination.
Additionally, international orders may incur taxes or import duties and/or VAT. These are sometimes incurred once the order clears customs in your country. Dress21 is not responsible for these charges and any incurred charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
We offer three shipping methods including expedited shipping, standard shipping and economy shipping. You are able to select this upon check-out.
Once your order has been produced and has shipped you'll receive an email from us. In this email you will find a tracking number that you can use to track your order status. Typically it takes up to 30 hours for your tracking information to display after it has been shipped.
In case you somehow haven't received this email please drop us an email through our contact form and we will look into this for you.
As our dresses are made to order it will take longer than your usual product bought online. If you have not received your order yet please do the following:
1.) Check your estimated delivery date in your confirmation email.
Please wait until this date or wait for the email we will send you when the order is shipped.
2.) Track the order through your tracking ID
Once your order has been shipped out you can track your order with a tracking number and stay up to date about your delivery.
